The very top area of my ipad mini 2 is not responsive. I've updated the latest software and performed a hard reboot yet the issue still remains.

It's only a small, top area of the touchscreen that is unresponsive but it's an inconvenience. Does anyone recommend that I do anything (other than go to an Apple store and pay for user support)? Thank you.
