Try signing in and out of the music app itself

• Open the music app 
• Tap on the For you Tab-
• Tap on your profile in upper right corner
• Scroll down to view Apple ID (it might ask you to sign in) 
• Sign out
• Force Close the app - How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

• Restart your iOS device. (until the Apple logo appears)
• go back to the app and sign back in

Repeat these steps:

• In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.and Turn on “Show Apple Music”

Oh ok, try these steps:

If the Music App isn’t responding 

• Close the music app
• in Settings- General- Reset - Reset Network Settings

Restart your iOS device. 

And Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

If you scroll up isn’t there a button to click “OK”?
