i want to remove the remaining credit from my itunes store account, because i want to change my store location.

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
