I have iPhone 7 plus with 128gb of ram, and up until last month it's taken pictures fine. Now when I take a photo, the new shot isn't added to the camera roll or the screen get dark. Other apps that take photos don't work either. I have plenty of space on the phone, and I get no warnings messages from any of the apps.

iPhone does not have 128GB of RAM, it has 128GB of storage space. If you go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage, what is reported there for space available on the iPhone?

The final step if none of those work is to contact Apple Support.
