Hi my daughter has downloaded apps without realising they were free trials and now I’ve been charged 123 pound I’ve managed to cancel subscriptions is there anyway if claiming this money back or do i have to pay the bill

Next thing I know from my account has been taken 104,99€ I even unsubscribed few days after I downloaded the app... Free Trial I have downloaded an app that said “free trial” but the amount was subtracted immediately from my credit card! Without having an actual free trial! I don’t want this subscription I wanted to try it for free first! I want a refund! What is the solution for such an issue?!

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
