Downgrade of iCloud.

I had photos more than 50 GB and had iCloud that enough capacity for my photos.

For about one month ago, I did downgrade my iCloud to free 50 Gb. Now I realize that I missing some of my photos. I had not possibility to download all my photos to my computer.

My question is, if it possible for me to get all my photos, those before I downgrade iCloud, if I upgrade my iCloud to 200 Gb again?
