deleting iCloud
if i delete my iCloud, will all my pics stay on my hard drive on my computer and iPad?

you have to click on keep a copy for photos , the photos that were saved on the icloud server by setting up iCloud photo library and its preferences https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

The photos will be saved in finder > pictures folder > PhotosLibrary.photoslibrary
