Backup

If I deleted the backup of my old iPhone from my new iPhone will this delete photos and contacts from my new iPhone?

Not if the photos and contacts are already on the new phone.

Not if you are deleting a backup. If you delete them from iCloud, they will be deleted, but deleting a backup doesn't affect data syncing with iCloud.

so if they are already transferred to the new phone they won’t be deleted?
