Try again while in the Mac's safe mode and/or check for malware with Malwarebytes.

I assume you already have an Apple ID? Open iTunes, go to the Account menu, choose Sign In..., and log in with the email and password of your Apple ID.

If it does not work, pls post back with specifics of the problem.

thank you so much for that Malwarebytes I used it and can access my itunes store again after 2 months
