Apple ID disabled
Why is it, that I have reset a new password and even waited 24 hours and yet it still says my appl id is disabled in the App Store and iTunes?

I have gone there many times. It says to contact apple support
Is it asking that when you are trying to buy an app in the app store, or is this happening when you try to sign in anywhere with your AppleID?
It happens when I go to update an app or get an app, even if it’s free
