The Calendar app is no longer showing any events. When clicking Calendars, no calendars/accounts are visible to select. All events and Calendars are still available on the MacBook app and iCloud.com. Any idea for a fix?

Based on the information you've provided, I think contacting Apple Support may be the best way to troubleshoot this issue.

No luck after updating to newest iOS, quitting app, deleting and redownloading app, turning phone off and on, and soft-resetting phone, etc. I'm unable to see any of my calendars on the Calendars tab—and no events.
