disabled i phone

it says connect to i tunes but there is no way to do that on my phone so how can i fix this asap

Connect the phone to iTunes i.e. by cable to your computer's iTunes : If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
