I just upgraded my storage on my phone for photo storage. I logged in to icloud to view my photos on the desktop, a pc. I do not see a month's worth of videos. How do I get my phone to upload photos to the cloud?

If Photos is turned on under Settings > Name (top) > iCloud > Photos, then leave the phone plugged in and connected to WiFi. Depending on how large a library of photos you have, it may take some time to populate to the phone.
