Is there a way to restrict a previously purchased app (i.e. Snapchat, Facebook, etc) from a Child in your Family Sharing when Ask to Buy is turned on? I would hope that it would be a feature that could help enhance Parental Controls.
Apps that have been previously downloaded can be redownloaded without requiring permission. Those two apps are both rated 12+, you could potentially block all 12+ apps on their phone via Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions
