Identity Verification (No SSN)

Hello

I have problems verifying my identity when trying to use Apple Cash and making Apple Card.

I am a lawful resident living in the US with an F-1(international student) visa. (eligible to make the Apple Card according to Apple - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209257)

However since I don't work here, I don't have a SSN. Is there any other way to verify my identity without a SSN? (I have other bank accounts. )
