Icloud log out

I have deleted my Apple ID without logging out my Icloud (I failed bc of Find my Iphone hasn’t been turned off). Now I couldn’t log in to even Itunes or Icloud with my new ID

Head to iCloud.com and log in with your previous Apple ID and remove that phone from the account there.
