how to divide cpu history screen?

My CPU history screen (with green and red dot) has a scrollbar (It did not have one before) and I cannot seem to make the window scalable anymore, where all four cores are equally divided over the window size, without the scrollbar.

The size of the four core fields are not equal in size...

How do I restore to the default settings, where the sizes of the core fields are equal again, without the scrollbar?

Greetings McBeeRob,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to adjust the window size of the CPU History screen from Activity Monitor on your MacBook Pro, as you mentioned the processor activity field sizes are disproportionate.

To reset the processor activity window, I suggest to quit Activity Monitor, reopen Activity Monitor, and then choose Widow > CPU History from the Activity Monitor menu bar: View CPU activity in Activity Monitor on Mac

Let me know how it goes from here.

Kind regards.

Hi, Thanks for your answer...

I already stopped the Activity Monitor several times, even rebooted the system, but without positive results. The CPU History window was still not evenly divided.

Now checking again after a few days; everything seems to be ok again :-\ ??!!

The scrollbar only appears when the CPU History window is very small (I think it never had a scrollbar ever before). But at least the CPU core fields are equal in size again...

So no, your answer did not exactly solve the problem, but the problem is mostly solved anyway.

Thanks again,

McBeeRob
