Hey so i bought an new iphone 7 . when i started it the haptic engine worked fine the home button and 3D touch was good but after 3 min it stopped working.. i dont feel the viration anymore.. i updated ios, reset iphone, restarted and tried everything.. any suggestions? i really dont want to go to apple store so im asking here.. thanks

Check:
Settings>Sounds&Haptics>... last option at the very bottom should be ON (green)
then
Settings>General>Accessibility>3D Touch> should be ENABLED (you can also adjust your pressure strength)
When done, restart your iPhone.
If you get no help, the yes, since your iPhone is brand new, you should have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authoized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector

yeah well it doesnt work.. actually my phone was bought unboxed already but new it was on one expo to showacase something.. so its not brand new but great condition no scratches or other problems
