keyboard and trackpad not working

I've got a problem with the keyboard and the trackpad of my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

both of then aren't responding.

the trackpad is "alive" because i can feel the feedback of the click but no movement.

the keyboard has the light on but no responding, only the start button.

I've tried to reboot many times.

Any suggestios?

I've seen the Trackpad Cable fail with these symptoms. You need to take the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined and repaired.
