iTunes have taken $9.99 off my card an I haven’t bought nothing I need my money back please

Where are you seeing this charge exactly?


If its only in an email, make sure its actually from Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you are seeing it on your credit card or debit card statement see here: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
