Lost a ringtone
I bought and paid for a ringtone less than a year ago, but now it’s gone. Nowhere to be found. Apple has done this before. Is there a way to get it back without having to pay for it yet again?

If you've deleted it see if it's available for redownloading : Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the rights-holder has removed it from the store, or if you've moved countries, you won't be able to redownload it
