Recently purchased iwatch but ECG graph is upsidedown! How do I get it the right way up?

On your iPhone Watch App tap on General..scroll to "Watch Orientation" and tap on the correct wrist.

Thanks Juliea. I must have missed the wrist orientation when setting up.

Changed to left wrist and graph is ow correct/ Thanks for your prompt response.
