Updating personal info like address

We just swapped our old Ipad for a Ipad pro 10.5. We transfered all info via wifi from old to the new. Noticed that our address is original address we lived at when we purchased the old ipad. I'd like to update all of that personal information but haven't been able to locate yet. Apple sent me here: Appleid.apple.com.

But there was nothing in there but name birthdate and email addresses. No mailing addresses. I asked Apple again and they said it needs to be brought in to a store. Long ways away. Using Safari keyboard, when I'm filling something out, when it asks for name and address, name is correct but address is wrong. Hope I'm making sense here. I thought Apple just sent that to our Ipads when we made initial purchase cause that was our mailing address too.

Anyone to help??
