Deleting all files

I just purchased a new computer (desktop) and wondered how I can make sure all of files are deleted on the old one. (desktop) Also how do I get items out pf the cloud ?

The items you have in the Cloud will remain there. But before doing that you should make a TIme Machine backup of your old Mac, so you'll be able to Migrate files to the new one.
