Itunes Movie Downloads

I recently purchased a couple of films and they skip and freeze.... anyone have any solution to fixing this??

If they are still in the store you've tried deleting and redownloading them : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support ?
