iCloud is bs

Why can’t I get my photos back? I’ve tried every prompt I’ve found online and nothing is getting my photos back. I backed up so many times when I had phone issues before taking it into the Apple store and even there they made sure my stuff was backed up

iCloud backups include nearly all data and settings stored on your device. iCloud backups don't include:

Data that's already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Notes, iCloud Photos, iMessages, Voice Memos, text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages, and Health data*

Important Photos should be saved onto your computer like any other digital camera.
