I just erased my Mac drive and I’m going to reinstall OS X and I’m putting in my Apple ID and password and it’s not continuing. It is just loading and then stopping. And when I press enter again to confirm, it’s just loading and not continuing. I don’t know what to do at this point. May I have some help with this situation?

Seems you keep losing the connection. So, first, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi (SSID), or use a hardwire connection. If neither is of success, then simply create and use a bootable installer for macOS. Proceed from there as necessary.
