Cancel subscription
I can’t cancel my subscription, they will renew it automatically.. I followed all steps, in the end I do not have cancel option

What options do you see for it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? If it says it will expire and is only giving you options to resubscribe you've already cancelled it or it wasn't set to auto-renew

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
