Receiving and deliver iCloud mail

I am not able to receive

and send mail on my iCloud account. I’ve tried to follow directions but none of it is helping. I’ve purchased more iCloud storage and i still am unable to receive mail.

Have you tried the following -- If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support?
