Thanks for using Apple Discussions. It seems that your Mac needs to be updated to use the application. You can find out how to check for updates on your Mac:
- Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu , then click Software Update to check for updates.
- If any updates are available, click the Update Now button to install them. ...
- When Software Update says that your Mac is up to date, macOS and all of its apps are also up to date.
- If your Mac is up-to-date and the application still cannot be installed your Mac doesn't support the latest Mac OS to run that application.
