How do I make my contacts when they call me not say unknown

Only newest contact show up Apple iPhone 13. My new contacts show up. My old ones do not. This just happened today

Make sure your carrier supports Caller ID.

For your recipient, Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID: ON
