Does my purchase fall under the category of purchases above $1000?

hi guys. i wanna buy a macbook worth 1500$, trade in my old macbook for 600$ and use special financing for the rest of the payment. does my purchase fall under the category of purchases above 1000$ which can be payed in 18 months or is it considered between 500-1000$ that can be payed in 12 months?
