I created an Apple ID for my 3 year old daughter and did the Family Sharing. I have some kids movies in my TV app that I want to share on my daughters iPad under her Apple ID. How do I share movies from my Apple ID with her?

If they are movies you downloaded from iTunes, you should be able to download them from iTunes on her iPad. If you didn't download load them from iTunes, can you Airdrop them to her iPad.
