Hi, I'm facing the same issue.
1st unit failed after <20 hours of usage.
2nd unit (replacement) failed after <4hours of usage (literrally the day after).
I also noticed that the replacement unit had a stiffer button (discomfort when pressing) on the left earpods which wasn't the case with the original.
Now requesting a 2nd replacement unit.
I posted a seperate thread at the time of the 1st failure, and it got deleted by Apple as non constructive (negative review I guess).
I will re-attempt to share it without expressing my disappointment in the quality of the product.

I purchased a set of power beats pro that (15 days ago).
I have paired them with my iWatch (series 2), my iphone (11 pro) and laptop (standard intel bluethoot).
Everything was working as expected, until yesterday.
The left earpiece is no longer connecting after pairing to any of my devices.
I haven't done any sport with them yet, only remote calls from office. They are in mint conditions.
Total usage sums up to around 12 hours spread across 2 weeks.
The case is charged and both earpieces are well seated in the case.
The firmware is up-to-date.
Attempting to hard reset the BeatsPro did not help to resolve the issue (attempted 8 times).
While the right earpiece seems functional, only audio output is enabled (no microphone detected). Additionally, when I open my case near my iPhone (after pairing, while the right earpiece is connected) it prompts me if I want too share audio or connect to this iPhone.
I restarted the iphone, just in case, no lock either.
As I started to suspect the Left earpiece was not charging, I attempted to connect it alone, by removing the right earpiece from the case and re-pairing.
It does work, and shows 100% L in itunes and audio goes trough while the R earpiece is not connected.
Same goes for the other way around.
While both earpieces are within the case during pairing, only right is detected, with no microphone detected.
I also noticed that the stability of the connectivity degraded greatly over time - meaning that I could hear glitches during playback and get random disconnections.
Note that during troubleshooting, other devices than my Iphone that the Beats pro were paired were turned off during to avoid any interference.

One thing I'm suspecting is that maybe the culprit is related to connecting the beats pro to a generic Bluetooth receiver (such as intel BT400 or BT500) or to any device not listed on the supported devices page.
I find it quite unlikely, but if that's the case, they should simply make it impossible to connect to non Apple proprietary chips (h1/w1).
Does anyone facing failures connected their PowerBeats pro to a non Apple device?
