Transferring contacts

I just got a new iphone and i need to transfer contacts from old icloud account to new icloud account ?IS there a way to do that without installing the old icloud account into the new mobile ?

You could try using an App like My Contacts Backup to save the contacts, email the file to yourself on the new phone and then open the file on the phone from the email. I think that would work. I used this app once to backup and install my contacts on a device, but it has been awhile. I used it when I lost my Exchange email account.

No, not directly. If you were backing up contacts with iCloud, you have to restore that backup to your new phone to transfer the contacts. If you were syncing contacts with iCloud, you have to enable that again in the settings to download the contacts from iCloud. Either way, you have to use the same iCloud account.
