Hi, I think my phone is being monitored, it’s behaving very strange. I got the above message in the analytics data, what does it mean?

It's just analytics data. How does it indicate that you'e being monitored? Maybe describe what is happening that is strange so that we can advise?
it’s really slow and really hot, also my icloud mail and messages constantly don’t load and it says that it’s off line.

how do i know for sure it’s not? is there an app to detect it?
