Just bought a used iPhone 7+ and am very unhappy with the camera. Seems to have problems focusing with both camera and video function. Is this a common issue? Is there a fix? If I have to have Apple repair it, any idea the cost?

Is returning the phone an option?
Returning the phone is not an option. I bought off a private individual off Kijiji (Canada's version of your Craig's List). I have narrowed down my problem even more. It's when the camera is zoomed out. It does not seem possible to disable digital zoom on the iphone. The problem seems to occur when using digital zoom. Also is happening during video using digital zoom as well. So I guess the moral of the story is: Don't use digital zoom. Just wish I could disable it.
