How do I turn off / disable the Ask to Buy feature in Family Sharing for a specific child?

I've followed Apple's instructions on line, and they all say to go to Settings --> iCloud --> [My Name] --> Family Sharing --> [Child's Name], and then they say I'll see an option to turn it on/off. I do not see that. There's nothing like that on the screen. So how do I turn this off?
