Update credit card information

I finally got to talk to someone at apple.

I had to go to appleid.apple.com

Log in and from there the expiration date can be corrected!

Yeah I am up and running again!!!!!

Try adding the new card and removing the old on via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage

What happens when you try to ADD a new (same card with NEW expiration date) card?

Have you tried adding the new card and removing the old one via that link I gave you ? If you have, have you contacted iTunes Support ?

When I try to add a new credit card, it tells me that I need to verify the current card I have on file before I can add it. But, I can't verify the card because it is expired. I have tried removing, adding, updating the expiration date, etc. Nothing works and I keep going in circles.

I tried updating the expiration date and three letter code. It tells me that the card is expired and that I need to remove it and re-add it. But it won't let me remove it because we have the family share and says we must have a credit card on file all the time.

I was on my phone before and didn't see it - I wish I would have. I could have had this fixed yesterday...
