When I opened a Keynote doc shared with me over iCloud, all the fonts changed, even though I DO have the correct fonts installed in my computer. (I downloaded the doc and opened with Keynote, and the fonts show correctly).
Suggestions? Thanks.

Do you mean when you opened a doc with your browser? I think those web apps have limited font choices. Downloading like you did is the way to have things correct.
