I drive a Honda CRV that does not have Bluetooth but my Iphone7 Plus does. What device do I need to buy so that I can plug into the cigarette lighter connect it with my iphone bluetooth so if I need to use google maps for directions or make a phone call it will come through my car speakers

You could get an FM Transmitter which would connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Your other option would be an aux cable to Bluetooth adapter, or an aux cable in general.
It still won't override your currently playing radio station though if that is what you're trying to do
You can not connect your phone with your car via bluetooth if the car does not have bluetooth.
