You can easily see on the Apple.com web site the initial purchase cost difference. I think it is about $100 between a GPS only and a Cellular + GPS.
If you activate the Cellular with your iPhone carrier, it is generally about $10 per month extra to your iPhone cellular bill. This will vary depending on your iPhone carrier, and your country currency.
