Iphone 6 Plus 3D Touch non-responsive

The Iphone 6 Plus touch screen is starting to freeze up on me. The home button works fine. Interestingly If I heat the Iphone by placing it top of a heat source such as computer or digital box, the touch screen starts to work. And when it goes cold it will stop working. Other components works fine.

Could be an issue with the connection between the touch control IC and the display assembly. There's a repair program for it.
