If I activate my iPhone first with T-Mobile, then will I be able to activate this with Boost later?

I received a new iPhone XS Max from Korea. Only carrier that's compatible is T-Mobile. My current plan is under BoostMobile. If I activate it first with T-Mobile, then will I be able to activate this with Boost later?

You are better off returning the device to wherever you got it and purchasing a phone in the US if that is where you intend to use it. The Korean phone will not have warranty in the US, and as you have already found, you will have issues with carrier compatibility.
