How can access photos on my iPhone that I uploaded to iCloud from my PC? They don’t pop up on my phone photos like I thought they would. I have iCloud photos toggled on already. I am low on iCloud storage but still have more than a GB available

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand photos from iCloud Photos aren't appearing on your iPhone, as you mentioned you only see the photos on the PC you have used to upload the photos to iCloud.
I suggest checking the status of your upload to iCloud from iCloud Photos on your PC. Additionally, I suggest visiting iCloud.com to see if you are able to view all of your photos online with iCloud.
