can not connect to iCloud

When trying to access my info in the main menu it keeps saying can not connect to iCloud.

I've loved out and back in etc. but to no avail.

You need either a cellular connection or WiFi:

If no help, can you log in from another device? See this: iCloud: Use iCloud.com

Hello,

Thank you for your help. Im sorry I didn't think about posting that before.

Here's the screen shot. I am getting this message when I click on names info or the security/ password links. the top 2 basically.
