Problems update
I have many problems to update my apps I have tried to put my credit card to buy. and it doesn't accept any credit cards .

First, try updating your iPhone (NOTE: back up your iPhone first)
As to why these cards are being retracted, no one here would know. This is a user-to-user forum. So, contact Apple Support directly. They'll know why this is/was occurring, at least from Apple's side of things. You night need to contact your financial institution, as well (do so as necessary).
