Voice Over
My 6th gen iPad is stuck in voice over. Siri is unavailable and also no internet connection.
i have tried to enter passcode but it doesn’t work even with the tap character then double tap.

What happens when you do the tap to select and then double-tap to type ? The digit should get selected and get a box around it with the tap, and then double-tapping should type the digit.
Or does triple-clicking the home button turn VoiceOver off ?
