my iphone 7 is dissabled and its telling me to connect TO ITUNES BUT i am haveing trouble doing it off my mac computer

What problem are you having connecting the phone to your Mac : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ?
