Hello everyone, I’ve upgraded the iCloud storage and now I’m uploading my photos library but it takes a long time like 2 photos for 3 hours approximately. This issue started to bother me seriously and i want any suggestion or advice !!

Have you tried pausing the upload in the photos app? You can pause the upload in Moments view. Pause, close the app, restart your device and go back and resume the upload.
If that fails try another WiFi network.
